It was 9ager.. the one and only 9ager.
my eyes widened as he spoke with a smirk on his face
9ager: "missed me?"
he hasn't changed at all the same looks, same hairstyle, same everything!
Me: "9-9ager.. ent shtsawey h-hnee?"
9ager: "I live here.."
Me: "meta rja3t? nobody told me you were back"
9ager: "Everyone knew I was back, you were the only one.. You were to busy with Mr.Fahad to even notice me"
So let me clear things up, 9ager is my cousin from my dad's side, weld 3amy Khalid. He's 4 years older than me, so he's 20 years old. Me and him were really close since we were in diapers. whenever we go to mazra3at yadety we would always play together, swim in the pool together, watch barney together, we just did EVERYTHING together. 3 years back 9ager just turned 18 and 5alty Maryam his mom was planning a suprise party for him. It was fun and 9ager il7mdella enjoyed it. we had a water balloon fight, it was supposed to be out doors but some of us snuck indoors and threw balloons on the stairs on our way upstairs, yeah we acted like kids who cares. So it was time for gifts, and 5alty Maryam was really looking forward for 9ager to see his gift, she excused herself to go get 9ager's birthday present she rushed upstairs and got the gift until we heard a scream and a bang.
5alty Maryam was covered in blood laying on the ground unconscious. she was rushed to the hospital and 3amey Khalid was the only one who was in the hospital he didn't want anyone to come. so waited and waited until he arrived with a sad face and watery eyes and said "Allah yr7umha"
From that day on I never saw 9ager again.
Me: "ent shlon tadrey 3ny w 3n Fahad? w mn wain you got my phone number?"
9ager: "Whenever 3bdalla(her bro) had those yam3at in the lakehouse, I get invited. Everyone knew about you and Fahad, except for 3bdalla, he just trusted you so much. and salfat your phone number i have my ways ;)".
Ok this is realy creepy, and yeah i was beyond shocked.. all of 3bdalla's friends knew about us.. and some of our cousins were there! how did they not react? What if Fahad told them? i was in deep thought, until a question popped in my mind.
Me: "shnu tbyy mny bl'9ab6?!"
9ager: "abeech enty"
I stared at 9ager in disbelief, grabbed my handbag and rushed out of the cafe. I called my driver to come pick me up, and I sat on a bench and just let the tears fall, I didn't care if people were watching me. Faye came rushing after me.
Faye: "omg 7abebty! I heard everything" she hugged me and i just kept crying.
On our way back home I was silent the whole time, Faye insisted on sleeping over but i disagreed I needed some alone time. I reached home, ran into my room and threw myself on bed, didn't bother to change and just fell asleep.
